New Deck Build

New Deck Builds are approximately $100 per Square Foot

Wood & Materials fluctuate in price based on Type, Grade & Brand…

Large Beams or Timber will increase the cost of the build.

Wood Quality may be a Paint Grade (lower cost) vs Stain Grade (higher cost).

TREX Synthetic Wood Deck Material is usually more expensive than Wood but has benefits.

The benefits of TREX Synthetic Decking are Lower Maintenance & Longer Life.

Deck Refinishing

Deck Refinishing Prices are $45 per Square Foot

The following recommended steps are outlined below…

Initial Power Washing.

Deck and Rail Prep.

Replace Nails with Screws (recommended).

Sink Screws where needed (mandatory).

Ensure Structural Integrity (we make recommendations and optimize where needed).

Sand Deck with Industrial Sander.

Sand Rail with Hand Sander.

Second Power Washing.

Apply Stain or Clear Finish Protectant.
