$185 per hour as needed for Consultation or Design Services.

New Build Costs for Custom Homes
New Build costs are approximately $400 per Square Foot for Economy Grade.

Wood & Materials fluctuate in price based on Type, Grade & Brand.

Wood Quality may be a Paint Grade (lower cost) vs Stain Grade (higher cost).

Large Beams or Timber will increase the cost of the build.

Number of Windows / Sliding Glass Doors / Type & Brand of Appliances

…these factor into the overall price.

Built-In Appliances including Solar or Special Features including automation will add additional cost to the overall price.

Solar Systems and Fire Sprinkler Systems are mandatory on all new builds in CA.

Septic Fees... $8,000 - $12,000

Permit Fees... $6,000 - $8,000

Architect... $10,000 - $13,000
